Her background spans organizational change strategy, operational launch environments, leadership development, educational systems implementation, and behaviorally informed executive advisory.

Heather completed doctoral work in Leadership and Organizational Change Strategy at the University of Southern California and has led rapid organizational build-outs, multi-state educational initiatives, and high-complexity operational transitions requiring simultaneous strategic, human, and systems-level leadership.
